I work in heavy noisy industry. I regularly have hearing attenuation tests. I always wear foam earplugs and/or Peltors in +85db noise environments. I look after my hearing as well as I can at work.
At home, I’m pretty sure I do none of that and that my BeoLab 90s are doing their level best to rob me of my hearing!
At home, the BeoLab 90’s are doing what they’re told by the setting of the volume knob… As my son tells people “My dad makes loudspeakers. But sometimes he makes quiet speakers.” :-)
